Shipping Policy
 1. Order Processing
    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Coverage
    • We ship across all major cities in India (through reputed courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.).
    • For remote areas, delivery time may be longer depending on courier availability.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
    • Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
    • Other Cities & Towns: 8–9 business days
    • Remote/Interior Areas: 10–12 business days
      (Delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.)
4. Shipping Charges
    • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1000 .
    • For orders below that amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹100  will apply.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD), if offered, may include an additional service fee 100 Rs .
5. Order Tracking
    • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
    • Customers can track shipments directly on the courier partner’s website.
6. Address Accuracy
    • Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are correct.
    • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Delivery Attempts
    • Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
    • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability/incorrect address, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
8. Damaged Packages
    • If the package appears damaged or tampered with, customers should:
    • Refuse to accept delivery, AND
    • Record an unboxing video. 
    • Contact us immediately with photos/videos for quick resolution.
9. International Shipping (Optional)
    • Currently, we ship only within India. (You can update later if you expand).
