📌 Cancellation Policy

At OHAS Electrical Pvt Ltd, we value your trust and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Our Cancellation Policy ensures clarity for both customers and our business.

1. Order Cancellations by Customer

• • Prepaid Orders:

    • Can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped (whichever is earlier).
    • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

    • COD orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
    • Repeated cancellation of COD orders may lead to blocking of COD option for that customer account.

2. Refund on Cancellations

• • If eligible, refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping/handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Order Cancellations by OHAS Electrical Pvt Ltd

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

• • Product out of stock/unavailable.
  • Payment not received/transaction declined.
  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
  • Orders flagged as suspicious, fraudulent, or bulk purchase intended for resale.
  • In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be issued (if payment has been made).

4. Modification of Orders

• • Once an order is placed, changes in product, address, or payment method cannot be made.
  • Customers may cancel (within the allowed window) and place a fresh order instead.

5. Non-Cancellable Products

• Certain products are non-cancellable after purchase:
• Custom-cut LED strips, made-to-order items, clearance stock, or special bulk orders.
